A lightweight decorative wood replacement that will not
crack, rot or split and can easily be installed using
standard woodworking tools.

Expanded Polyvinyl
Chloride – (eP.V.C.)
This low maintenance extruded cellular wood trim replacement
can be nailed, sawed, routed, milled, glued and painted
using standard building and finishing practices.
Glassfiber Reinforced
Polymer – (F.R.P.)
This highly adaptable material can recreate the most complex
shapes for historical accuracy and is corrosion resistant,
dimensionally stable, lightweight and high strength. Integral
gel coat color and Class 1A fire-rated finish optional.

Glassfiber Reinforced
Gypsum – (G.R.G.)
These non-combustible and high strength products replace
traditional heavier cast products and are installed using
typical drywall methods.

Pre-Coated Expanded
Polystyrene – (E.P.S.)
Pre-coated E.P.S. products are the most cost effective
way to create custom build-outs to compliment any exterior
façade. Factory controlled application of polyurea
(permacoat) or cementitious / mesh (dynacrete) basecoats
are lightweight and easy to install. This provides labor
cost savings of up to 50% over conventional site coated
mouldings. E.P.S. products also provide design flexibility
for one-off custom shapes for themed environments, signage
and three-dimensional elements.
Flexible Products
– (EZ-Flex / Chem-Flex)
Two flexible urethane formulations that have natural woodgrain
texture and real wood appearance provide low cost alternatives
to expensive traditional wood radius mouldings. These
tough flexible profiles can be painted or stained to match
your existing décor.
- EZ-Flex
(interior/exterior applications) provides a harder surface
than standard Chem-Flex and can be cut, sanded and shaped
using typical woodworking tools ensuring a perfect fit.

applications only) can be used on any radius or curved
application where wood will not bend.
